SaaSBoulevard is a service of Narrowcastingscherm, Breda, the Netherlands.

1. The platform

SaaSBoulevard lists software from independent makers. Agreements about using that software are made directly with the maker; SaaSBoulevard is not a party to them and does not process buyer payments.

2. Listing

• You only list software you made or hold the rights to.
• Texts and images are accurate, not misleading, and contain no websites, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, social accounts or QR codes outside the fields meant for them.
• We may refuse or unpublish apps without giving a reason, and block accounts in case of abuse.
• Each account can list up to 5 apps for free.

3. Points

• Points are valid for 12 months after your last purchase and cannot be exchanged for money.
• With pay-per-click we charge per unique visitor per day per button; recognised bots are not counted.
• Used points are not refunded, also not when an app is unpublished for breaking these terms.
• Prices exclude 21% Dutch VAT.

4. Reviews

Reviews must be based on your own experience. Makers may not review their own app or pay for reviews. We may hide reviews.

5. Liability

We do our best to keep the directory reliable but do not guarantee the makers' software. Our liability is limited to what you paid for points in the preceding 12 months.
